Equipped with a powerful 12 amp motor and a unique V-shaped base, this upright vacuum cleaner directs dry messes into the center suction path while picking up fine particles along the arms, making quick, easy work of keeping bare floors and low-pile carpeting clean throughout the house. The vacuum's innovative shape reaches into corners and tight spots, plus cleans right up to the edge and along baseboards. It can even handle larger-size debris thanks to its funneling effect. Use the cleaner to remove soccer-cleat dirt by the front door, spilled cereal crunching under foot in the kitchen, food crumbs around chair legs and under cabinets, and pet hair that collects just about everywhere. The vacuum cleaner also provides a swivel head, which pivots left and right to ensure smooth maneuverability, a durable wire-reinforced 6-5/9-foot stretch hose, and a crevice tool for cleaning upholstery or hard-to-reach places. Other thoughtful design details include a 13-inch cleaning path, a 19-2/3-foot power cord with a quick-release cord wrap, a pre-motor filter, and a dirt container, which means no expensive bags to buy. The bare-floor vacuum cleaner measures 13 by 13 by 45-1/2 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.
Customer Reviews more useful than 191 188 people have found this review helpful. Consideration of a manic-2 with the dogs .. Kimberly Kennedy Bon .. I would like to begin by saying that I 2 (load shedding) dog with a dog door to the courtyard and are in and out all day tracking dirt / lets in all the time. I would also say that I have all hardwood floors throughout, and were called OCD about the cleanliness of my house. Before purchasing the Bissell Versus, I had a standard (HEAVY) Steam Vac (Dirt Devil), 2 wireless vacuum (one is a shark), and two portable suction. Always on a mission to find the perfect vacuum, I sucked (pun intended) right into the infomercial on Bissell Versus. After reading the reviews online (some large, some bad), I decided what the heck .. I will give it a shot. That's what I found after using it for the first time last night: 1) Difficult to find in stores, but finally found a local destination on sale for $ 59. (Yay!) 2) Easy to assemble. Really easy 3) of the reviews said it was difficult to maneuver worried, I found it pretty easy (I'm short!) I found it not to be too "top heavy" at all. WAY easier than my normal upright vac, and "V" head makes vacuuming around tables / chairs / furniture so much easier. 4) sucked all my dog-hair Tumbleweeds without problems, no matter how big they were, including some large leaves that had fallen out of my house plants, and a (large) dead bug, which eventually turned out, when I bought this vacuum. I was also very pleased with how much dust they picked up! I personally have no problem with the air blowing around the hair / bad .. VAC sucked it up properly before it was too far away. 5) The many reviews complaining about how the cable is short, I was afraid I would spend half my time disconnect / reconnection. Although it is shorter than my normal upright vacuum cleaner is, so it was not as bad as some say. 6) The revisions also had me worried about not getting your hair from the motherboard because of the "V" from the floor - but I had no problems at all what I thought I would need to use cornerback / hose to reach from the walls, but fortunately I found that not even need it (well, only once to get behind the refrigerator). 7) I love the fact that it is bagless .. and I Love Love love the fact that it has a roll over to get their hair / wool / fuzz wrapped! I hated to try to cut / understand that the pain in my right roll. The Versus is just a big hole that everything is wrapped up! Most of the interactions I had with the ground, was to pull the skin away from the little "Rachel" thing after vacuuming was my whole house .. was 2 seconds. 8) The only thing I could find was that I tried to use it to vacuum dog hair out a few mats, but it just did not do the job. I have yet to use my tongue for one, or one of my PDAs. So needless to say .. I I highly recommend the Bissell Versus:) 61 of 64 people found this review helpful. Much better than I had expected of M. Perkins I'd give it a 4.5 if I were allowed, why not do a very low carpet, but it is a bare floor cleaner, so I will not ding it a star like whole. That is exactly what is done. I'll be honest, this void was my husband's idea. I wanted something wireless. We have new laminate floors and emptying our old 'carpet' was not working. It was just kicking dirt behind us. I have a small cordless sweeper, which is useful for small areas but not strong enough for the whole house. The Versus is. It is a little "uncomfortable to run because the front part of the large V-shaped body and swivel, but once you're used to. Okay. The head of thin vacuum is great for the crumbs that fall beneath the refrigerator and the edge the disc. The V-shaped head, kind of driving everything to the center, where the desires are strongest, and no debris is safe from this vacuum This is the absolute best for bare floors I have used. Even.
